El Paso set the tone in the first when Tyler Wade walked, stole second, and Yonathan Perlaza drilled a two-run homer. Tim Locastro added a solo shot in the third, and Rodolfo Durán’s RBI single in the fourth pushed the margin. In the fifth, Will Wagner doubled and scored on Luis Campusano’s double. The Chihuahuas broke it open in the seventh after Perlaza was hit by a pitch and two walks set the table, as Tirso Ornelas grounded into a run-scoring double play and Mason McCoy followed with a two-run homer.
Campusano went 2-for-3 with two walks and an RBI, Durán finished 3-for-5 with an RBI, and McCoy went 2-for-4 with a homer and two RBIs. Perlaza’s line included a homer, two RBIs, and two runs. Locastro went 1-for-2 with a homer and a sacrifice, and Wade added a single, a walk, and his sixth steal. Wagner chipped in a double and a run.
Starter Miguel Cienfuegos worked 2 2/3 innings, allowing one run on five hits, with two walks and four strikeouts. Jake Higginbotham delivered the longest outing of the night, tossing 3 1/3 scoreless innings with one hit, two walks, and five strikeouts to earn the win. Manuel Castro covered two innings, Harold Chirino recorded 1/3 inning, and Alek Jacob secured the final two outs for his first save.
Vilar’s Triple, Acuna’s Three Steals Highlight Missions’ 5–3 Setback In Tulsa

San Antonio struck first at ONEOK Field. Devin Ortiz opened the night with a double, then scored when Francisco Acuna dropped a bunt single that turned into a throwing error. Acuna promptly swiped second and third, setting the tone for a busy night on the bases.
Tulsa answered to move ahead 5–1 through three, but the Missions started clawing back in the sixth. After a Marcos Castañon single and a Ripken Reyes walk, Anthony Vilar ripped a triple to left to plate two, trimming the deficit to 5–3. Vilar finished 1-for-2 with two RBIs, two walks, and a steal. Ortiz went 1-for-3 with a double, two walks, and two steals, while Acuna reached four times, going 2-for-3 with two walks and three steals. San Antonio collected seven hits overall.
The Missions threatened in the ninth when Acuna singled and Moisés Gómez followed with another single. A wild pitch moved Acuna to third, but a ground-ball double play ended the rally.
Right-hander Enmanuel Pinales started for San Antonio and took the loss, working 2 2/3 innings with five runs allowed, six walks, and one strikeout. José Geraldo bridged 1 1/3 scoreless innings, Austin Krob added 1 2/3 without a run, Misael Tamarez turned in 1 1/3 with one strikeout, and Garrett Hawkins handled the eighth with one punchout.

Fort Wayne leaned on pitching and timely knocks to shut out West Michigan at Parkview Field. The TinCaps got on the board in the fourth when Jack Costello singled, then Brendan Durfee ripped a two-out double to right to bring him home. That was all the staff needed, but Fort Wayne added insurance in the eighth.
In that eighth inning, Braedon Karpathios and Rosman Verdugo opened with singles. A balk moved both up, a wild pitch brought Karpathios across, and Lamar King Jr. followed with a run-scoring single to center for a 3-0 cushion. King Jr., Kasen Wells, and Zach Evans each recorded two hits, Verdugo and Durfee chipped in one apiece, and Fort Wayne totaled 11 hits.
Starter Luis Gutierrez posted four scoreless innings, allowing one hit, four walks, and striking out five. He also picked off two runners. Harry Gustin took over and earned the win with three scoreless frames, giving up one hit with three strikeouts and no walks. Nick Wissman handled the final two, scattering three hits with three strikeouts and no walks to lock down the save.
Grego Homers, McCoy’s Three Doubles Power Comeback, But Storm Fall In 11

Dylan Grego jump-started Lake Elsinore with a solo homer in the second, then added an RBI single during a three-run third as the Storm built a 4-1 lead. Kale Fountain’s sacrifice fly began that third-inning burst, B.Y. Choi followed with a run-scoring single, and Grego capped it with another knock to center. San Jose answered to pull even in the fourth, then surged ahead with a five-run sixth.
The Storm roared back in the seventh. Alex McCoy singled, Kerrington Cross walked, and Carlos Rodriguez lined a single to set the table. Fountain forced in a run with a walk and a balk bringing in another, allowing Ryan Wideman to deliver an RBI single. A wild pitch plated Fountain, and Choi’s groundout made it a one-run game.
In the eighth, McCoy doubled, Cross bunted him to third, and Fountain bounced a tying single up the middle. After San Jose took a tenth-inning lead on a sacrifice fly, Lake Elsinore forced the eleventh with a run scoring on an infield error. The visitors pushed back ahead in the eleventh with a two-out double, and the Storm stumbled in the 11th inning, stranding the automatic runner. Giants win, 12-11.
McCoy went 4-for-6 with three doubles, Grego finished 2-for-6 with the homer and two RBI, Fountain drove in three and stole a base, and Wideman added an RBI and a steal. Starter Bryan Balzer, who logged a 3 2/3 innings, allowed four runs with two walks and three strikeouts. Bernard Jose worked 2 1/3 innings with one run and two strikeouts. Johan Moreno took the loss in the eleventh.
