The once-everyday starter for the New York Yankees no longer has that role, but he still brings a level of hit-ability, arm strength, and grittiness at the plate that San Diego could use as a shot in the arm in certain scenarios. Batting well over .300 for the 2025 season, Andujar will likely fill in as the team's DH or as a top pinch-hitting option.
